The ANTENNE BAYERN schoolyard concert is an extraordinary series of events that offers schoolchildren throughout Bavaria the opportunity to experience a megastar live in their schoolyard during their break.

As the winning school is determined by an online vote, the venue is unknown until shortly before the concert. This means that one of the biggest challenges at this event is the uncertainty of the location. About a week before the event, we are informed which three schools are in the lead, whereupon location checks are carried out immediately. Only a few days before the event do we find out which school has actually won the race.
This approach requires the utmost discretion and flexible planning from our event team in order to prepare everything smoothly and unnoticed.
