Celosphere 2025.
When the international process intelligence and enterprise AI community comes together, the result is an event of the highest caliber: Celosphere. As a Celonis event partner, PENTA was once again entrusted with organizing the annual flagship conference on process intelligence and enterprise AI in 2025. Together with Celonis, we organized a three-day event at Messe München in Riem, featuring a pre-conference day and two conference days. We utilized two exhibition halls and welcomed approximately 1,000 attendees on the pre-conference day, as well as 3,000 to 3,500 guests on each of the two event days.
From overall planning and coordination of all project stakeholders to on-site execution, we managed the entire project and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The result was an event that brought together the international Celonis community with inspiring content, product innovations, and a wide range of networking opportunities.
The PENTA Note.
Working alongside outstanding partners and through close, reliable collaboration, the event was set up in just ten days, operating 24/7 and with up to 370 technicians on site at any given time. A setup of this magnitude demands absolute precision in every trade: Only when all processes mesh perfectly does everything end up on time and ready for the event. For the Celosphere, we also developed a custom lighting concept that translates the digital world of Celonis into a visual language that can be experienced. At the 2026 ADC Competition, the project received two awards: a Silver Nail for Lighting Design and a Silver Nail in the Corporate Event category. We celebrated both awards together with our client on-site.
