Agentforce World Tour Frankfurt 2025.

Agentforce World Tour Frankfurt 2025 – our milestone! With over 4,500 guests and 19,000 square meters of event space, the Agentforce World Tour was the largest event in PENTA’s history. Together with Salesforce, a world of experience consisting of expo, keynotes, roundtables and networking was created at Messe Frankfurt! An industry meeting place that sets new standards.

Celosphere.

The event for process intelligence & AI. 3 days, 2 exhibition halls, up to 3,000 participants: Celosphere brings together business, IT and process experts from all over the world in Munich. Under the motto “The ultimate Process Intelligence event”, Celonis offers over 100 sessions, workshops and demos on process intelligence and artificial intelligence in a business context. Experience areas, interactive formats and a diverse supporting program make the Celosphere a unique event highlight.

Parloa.

The first own event for our customer Parloa – the first own WAVE Conference 2024. Together with the up-and-coming start-up Parloa, we wanted to create something big. A mixture of expo and conference, a mixture of content and networking with a WOW effect in a Berlin location. More than 350 guests were on hand to jointly launch this new format. The aim: to make WAVE “the place to be” in the future.

BMW Motorrad Days.

An event with cult character where thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts pursue their passion for motorcycles every year. After a long era in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the enthusiasts are moving to Berlin for the first time in 2022 with the opportunity to visit the Pure&Crafted Festival presented by BMW Motorrad the day before. In addition to motorcycles, a brand presentation with +4,000m² of space, a wide variety of exhibitors, action-packed acts and stunt shows offer a brand experience you can touch!

Salesforce Live.

The regular Gathering of the Salesforce Community tours throughout Germany and stops in every major city! The major event with trade fair character attracts experts, customers and interested parties from all sectors and the economy. A packed program of key notes, customer stories, exhibition area, break-outs and showcases demonstrate how live marketing can be shaped in today’s world.

Concerts in the schoolyard.

The ANTENNE BAYERN schoolyard concert brings megastars live to the schoolyards of schools throughout Bavaria. Previous artists have included Fastboy x Topic, Wincent Weiss and Marc Forster. The winning school is determined by an online vote, and the venue remains a secret until shortly before the concert. Our biggest challenge is flexible planning and discretion in order to prepare everything smoothly.

Customer Support Virtual Conference Center.

A realistic digital representation of the training academy in Garching offers BMW’s entire customer support team an event space for all current live event activities. An absolute best-case example of the adaptation of live formats into digital with simultaneous activation of the event participants. The numerous implementation options with digital plenum, break-outs, information room & networking area reflect the overall live character of events in the digital world. A project with a view to our future!

Audi Urban Cinema.

Audi Urban Cinema shows how live marketing can become an unforgettable experience for its guests in times of the pandemic. With a roadshow throughout Germany, Audi is inviting premium customers, partners and dealers to an evening at the movie theater. The new Audi A3 serves as a cozy all-round carefree cinema seat with catering at the car window. Here, the all-time classic test drive gets a whole new look!

Festival of Speed.

The challenge of this project is to stand out in the midst of sensory overload and catch the eye of the target group. The Festival of Speed – the biggest motorsport festival in Europe. As part of this major event, we organize the BMW Group’s brand presence in England. A project between fish & chips and the smell of gasoline.
