YOUR TASKS

  • Preparation of briefings for all service providers involved
  • Support with pitches and proposal preparation
  • Creation of presentations based on your research
  • Coordination of event-related service providers
  • Support in the planning, implementation and monitoring of events, trade fairs & congresses
  • You are responsible for sub-projects and always keep an eye on milestones and budgets

You bring along

  • A university degree in marketing / event / communication or comparable training in the event industry
  • First professional experience is an advantage (internships / working student activities)
  • You have a talent for organization and a structured way of working
  • You are articulate and business fluent in German and English

  • You have high quality standards and an eye for detail
